How To Bulk Up
What is the best way to build my upper body and Bulk Up?
Iam 19, 6foot4 and skinny. I dont play any sports but iam fairly active. Iam after joining the a GYM and i want To Bulk Up a bit (arms and chest mainly). But iam not sure how i go about it. For example do i lift a heavy weight 10 times or a light weight 50 times??…Also is there certin foods that can help?
There is a genetic factor in “Bulking Up”
Don’t expect to become the Incredible Hulk
You will probably develop some, but unless
you have family members who where naturally hulk like
don’t expect too much, like I say there is a HUGE genetic factor here.
