And they even sometime contradict themselves, so that then leads us to this product. Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) – A type of fat that is predigested. MCTs fat is more likely to be used as a source of energy for building muscles rather, then fat storage.

Also Cytosport Muscle Milk is said to use EvoProTM within their ingredients. And to go into brief detail about this ingredient, it consists of highly complex proteins, peptides and amino acids, which promote rapid muscle tissue growth.
So far this protein supplement may seem appealing because the fat within this product is designed to be used for energy source to fuel muscle growth. However, you may want to take note that Cytosport Muscle Milk is a protein supplement that is made to help you get the desired results sought after, thus this leads into why it is not guaranteed that this product will work wonders for you.

I also did some more research on this protein supplement and I dug up some reviews saying that Cytosport muscle milk made some drastic claims about their product, but despite this they still are a great supplement even though it is not exactly what they stated. So here’s a short summary from one the reviews that I got from Bodybuilding:
I was impressed to see that Muscle Milk had a Vitamin and mineral blend. Also, I liked the variety of proteins and fats included in it. However, you do pay for these aspects. I felt the claim was farfetched at points.
The taste of this product was fantastic and the mixability was satisfactory, while the texture was impressive. The effectiveness, for a protein supplement, was good. Therefore, for an overall review, I award CytoSport Muscle Milk a 7.5/10.
Overall I think this protein supplement is not bad and from just doing research I give this product a 7-ish out of 10 as well.
