How do to Gain Weight Fast, without a big appetite?

I recently lost a lot of weight while being sick, i am better now but im a walking skeleton! The problem im having is that i dont have a big appetite, so when i eat i get full fast and for a long time , so i cant eat all the time. I need To Gain Weight now !! nothing fits anymore and i wanna be hot again.. any suggestions on How To Gain Weight.

Focus on eating lots of healthy Protein–chicken, fish, even steak and pork chops with plenty of whole grains and fresh veggies. Drink smoothies between meals to get more healthy calories into your system. Peanut butter and other nuts are a great source of healthy fats, as well. Since your appetite isn’t huge, just eat small amounts very frequently. Don’t fill yourself up completely every time you eat–just a small bowl of food or a handful of nuts here and there will get a lot of calories into you over the course of a day and should avoid making you feel like you’re uncomfortably full. Don’t turn to processed foods for help, since that’s just going to make you gain fat and will make you unhealthier in the end. Even though you’re trying to gain, keep your exercise up just so that you gain a good proportion of muscle to fat.
