How many eggs intake per day for Protein gain for Bodybuilding ?
How many eggs should one eat per day for protein intakes gain ?
I am around 80 Kg and just want to be a bit bigger, not aiming for bodybuilding but just abit bigger interms of bodymass, not hulky, just aiming to be like beach body type.
How many eggs should one eat per day 8? 10? 12? and is it true to only eat egg whites ?
You want to aim for a bit more than 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight. This protein can come from any good lean source of protein, not just eggs. Eggs are really good for you and even though yolks have lots of good fats, you don’t want to have a 5 egg omelet with 5 yolks. I buy cartons of just egg whites which are usually right next to the eggs on the supermarket shelf.
Look up macronutrient ratios and go from there. Based on your goals you can find a good ratio of protein, carbs, and fats.
