if building home gym what three pieces of equipment would you buy?
10 points for best answer! if price was not a concern and you wanted the ideal home gym with only three products what would they be? type and brand?
i would get a treadmill because its one of the best cardio workouts and you can adjust it to a slow pace or to full on running. i would also get a good set of free Weights because they are versatile. they can strengthen a variety of muscles and last but not least that i would get is a personal trainer, not sure if you can count it as equipment hahah but that’s what i would love to have.
